The Susan G. Komen® Tissue Bank at the IU Simon Cancer Center (Komen Tissue Bank or KTB) is the only repository of healthy, normal breast tissue, blood, and blood products in the world. By studying normal tissue, we accelerate research for the causes and prevention of breast cancer. We are committed to making a difference by acting as advocates for thinking, sharing, and understanding “normal”. The KTB is currently funded through a grant from Susan G. Komen®.

The work of the Komen Tissue Bank would not be possible without philanthropic support.
